A local adaptation of Tempranillo, known as Tinto Fino, gives soul to the wines of Bodegas Cepa 21, with a unique character and unmistakable personality that makes them both robust and elegant.
The climatic conditions of the area, combined with the orientation of the hillsides chosen for the vineyards, result in later ripening, producing highly concentrated grapes in which freshness is preserved for much longer.
