Cava Villa Conchi is a modern and elegant winery located in the heart of the Cava Designation of Origin, in Catalonia. It was created as a tribute to Conchi, a contemporary, vibrant woman and wine lover, symbolising the sophisticated and fresh spirit that defines the brand.
Its vineyards are located in medium-altitude areas, where the varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay ripen slowly, preserving freshness and aromatic balance. The winery is committed to a precise and patient winemaking process, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and a minimum ageing of 12 months on lees, which brings creamy texture and a fine, elegant bubble.
Villa Conchi represents a new generation of cavas: refined, approachable and with an unmistakable Mediterranean identity.
