Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte is one of the most renowned houses in the Champagne region, founded in 1976 in Chouilly, near Épernay. It is part of the Centre Vinicole – Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, the most important cooperative in the appellation, bringing together more than 80 local cooperatives and over 5,000 winegrowers from across the region.
Its philosophy combines traditional savoir-faire with a modern and sustainable approach to champagne production. The grapes — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier — come from the finest terroirs of the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs, ensuring a broad aromatic palette and consistent quality.
Winemaking processes are carried out with temperature control, state-of-the-art presses and carefully managed fermentations that respect varietal expression and the purity of the must. Ageing on lees brings texture, elegance and balance, the distinctive hallmark of the maison.
Today, Nicolas Feuillatte symbolises the balance between tradition, innovation and accessibility, offering champagnes that precisely express the contemporary spirit of the region.
