Description
Winemaking
Both malolactic fermentation and aging are carried out for 30 days in French oak barrels.
The Horcajo plot, which gives its name to this wine, is located at an altitude of 850 to 900 meters. Its location provides excellent conditions for viticulture, offering protection against frost, varied terrain, and fertile soils. All these factors contribute to producing a structured wine with rich aromatic profiles.
Tasting notes
Deep cherry-red color. On the nose, it is intense and complex, with black fruit notes typical of Tempranillo, full of nuances that evolve in the glass without losing freshness. On the palate, it is powerful yet approachable, with rounded tannins and a long, persistent finish.
