Description
Winemaking
To produce this Gorka Izagirre, the Hondarrabi Zerratia variety undergoes 3 to 4 months of aging on lees to give the wine body and length on the palate. Once the aging is complete, the final blending is carried out to ensure the homogeneity of the wine to be bottled. Next, the gradual clarification and bottling process of this Basque white wine takes place, lasting an entire year.
