Description
Winemaking
The must is cold-macerated at 8 ºC for 4 days before undergoing fermentation in 5,000 L French oak barrels at 28 ºC for 7 days. Finally, the wine undergoes an additional 20 days of maceration. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels.
