Location: Estates located in the Avia Valley, Gomariz, Concello de Leiro (Ourense)
Description: Granitic terraced land
Area: 9.6 hectares in total
Age: Vineyards planted from 2002 onwards
Climate: Confluence of Atlantic and Mediterranean climates
Harvest: Hand-picked in 18-kg boxes
Winemaking: Destemmed, pneumatic pressing with low yield to prioritize quality, cold settling at 15ºC, and traditional controlled fermentation at 16ºC
Aging: Aged on lees followed by maturation in steel tanks with periodic stirring.
Expected to develop well in the medium term, enhancing its qualities in the bottle
Tasting notes
Color: Golden yellow with medium-intensity lemon highlights
Nose: Complex, fruity, and fresh. Medium aromatic intensity.
Palate: Fresh, flavorful, with broad nuances and a long finish. Good structure provided by Treixadura (the main variety), revealing the fruity, floral, and complex character noted on the nose.
Pairing foods
Pairs well with all types of fish and seafood, rice dishes, white meats, and sushi.
