Winemaking
This wine is made from grapes sourced from rigorously selected parcels in the La Gordonne vineyard. The harvest is carried out entirely at night to take advantage of cooler temperatures, optimizing grape quality. During pressing, the selection of the first-pressed juice ensures that only the finest portion is retained. Fermentation is strictly temperature-controlled, allowing for cold fermentation between 16° and 18°C. Once fermentation is complete, the winemakers and cellar masters gather to determine the blend for this wine, following the most exacting organoleptic criteria.
Tasting notes
Color: A beautiful, clear, and bright robe of very pale yellow with lively green highlights.
Nose: An intense aroma that unfolds complexity and delicacy. Notes of exotic fruits give way to citrus aromas, such as lime and honeysuckle.
Palate: In perfect harmony with its aromas, tasting this white wine offers a fresh and vibrant sensation. It expresses itself through notes of grapefruit and white flowers, maintaining a harmonious balance. On the finish, pleasant and lively, the delicacy of a bouquet of white flowers unfolds.
Food pairing
Enjoy it with seafood. It is also the perfect accompaniment for a delicate crayfish appetizer in sauce or a scallop bisque.
