Winemaking
Controlled mechanical harvesting from our own vineyards. The destemmed grapes macerated at 12ºC for 2 hours, before being gently bled without pressure to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14ºC.
Tasting notes
Very pale pink colour with blue reflections.
Very fresh and clean aromas, dominated by red fruits such as strawberry, mixed with light hints of pear and peach.
On the palate it is light, fresh and very smooth. The gentle spritz, so characteristic of our production area, together with its very well-balanced acidity, leads to a rounded and harmonious wine.
