Winemaking
Cold pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. 80% controlled fermentation in tank at 15ºC. 20% fermentation in barrel and ageing on lees for 6 months.
Tasting notes
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Intense and aromatic with floral notes. Elegant and enveloping on the palate with a finish of woody notes.
