Description
Winemaking
After a hand selection of the grapes, gentle pressing, and thorough clarification, the must ferments in new French oak barrels and remains on its lees for several months, with weekly bâtonnages to keep the lees in suspension, protecting the wine from oxidation and enhancing its roundness on the palate. Finally, it is clarified, filtered, and bottled without undergoing cold stabilization.

Nose: Intense on the nose, with hints of aromatic leaves such as bay and coriander. Swirling the glass reveals additional aromas reminiscent of pome fruits like pear, with creamy undertones and citrusy notes such as grapefruit.
Palate: The attack is fresh and lively. On the palate, it becomes creamy, accompanied by fruity freshness that continues to evoke grapefruit. The finish is long, leaving a fresh, pleasantly tense sensation, with even mineral hints.
