Description
Winemaking
Carefully selected grapes, chosen berry by berry, from the oldest vines of the native Mantonegro variety — a grape with remarkable aromatic potential that brings abundant fruit and warmth. The aim is to achieve concentration and varietal typicity without sacrificing freshness, something that can only be obtained through proper management of old vineyards.

Palate: Fresh and flavourful, with silky tannins that make it pleasant on the palate. Very balsamic on the mid-palate and rich in nuances that are highly representative of the Mallorcan terroir. A gentle wine with a long, expressive finish.
