Description
Winemaking
Grapes carefully selected berry by berry from the oldest vines of the native Mantonegro variety, a grape with remarkable aromatic potential that provides abundant fruit and warmth. The aim is to achieve concentration and varietal typicity without sacrificing freshness, which can only result from proper management of the old vineyard.
