Description
Our Méditerranée cuvée is an easy-to-drink rosé with medium body and great freshness, offering notes of strawberry and raspberry with a pleasant touch of acidity.
Winemaking
Pressed immediately after harvest and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
An organic rosé in which we use only half the sulphur levels permitted for organic wines, 70 mg/l (the allowed limit is 150 mg/l).
Tasting notes
Color: Pale pink with lychee tones.
Nose: Elegant on the nose, combining refined notes of amyl, pastry and redcurrant with a touch of citrus.
Palate: Fresh, crisp and with subtle saline notes.
