Our Méditerranée cuvée is an easy-drinking rosé with medium body and very refreshing, featuring notes of strawberry and raspberry with a pleasant hint of acidity.
Winemaking
It is pressed immediately after harvest and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Organic rosé, using only half the sulfur allowed for organic wines, 70 mg/l (the permitted level is 150 mg/l).
Tasting notes
Colour: Pale pink with lychee tones.
Nose: Elegant on the nose, combining refined notes of amyl, pastry, and currant with a hint of citrus.
Palate: Fresh and crisp on the palate, with saline notes.
