After a brief maceration, it is fermented at 14ºC for approximately 20 days, and after aging on its lees, the wine is finally bottled.

Hito is made from grapes grown in the lower sections of our vineyards, at an altitude of 750 to 850 meters, ideal for producing medium-bodied wines where freshness is a key characteristic.

Tasting notes

A clean and bright wine with a pale pink hue. On the nose, fresh and lively, with notes of red fruits and subtle hints of white flowers that add complexity.
