Color: Amarillo pálido con reflejos verdosos

Nariz: Aromas intensos de fruta blanca(pera, platano, melocotón), hierba cortada, balsámicos, cítricos(Pomelo) y minerales

Boca: Gran volumen con persistencia. Acidez fresca y bien integrada. Postgusto amargoso característico anisado. Plenitud y frescura combinadas con persistencia. Recuerdos tropicales y minerales y gran equilibrio

Tastingn notes

Color: Pale yellow with greenish reflections

Nose: Intense aromas of white fruit (pear, banana, peach), cut grass, balsamic notes, citrus (grapefruit) and mineral nuances

Palate: Great volume and persistence. Fresh, well-integrated acidity. Characteristic bitter, aniseed finish. Fullness and freshness combined with persistence. Tropical and mineral notes with excellent balance
