Winemaking
Pre-fermentation maceration at a controlled temperature for 72 hours at 10ºC. Malolactic fermentation and maceration in French oak barrels and vats.
Tasting notes
Intense cherry colour with a violet-tinged rim.
Aromas of red fruit, spice, and balsamic notes, perceptible both on the nose and the palate.
