Description
Winemaking
The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand in the early hours of the morning. After the grapes are washed and cooled, they undergo a rigorous selection. Vinification takes place using a combination of small stainless steel tanks and open barrels, with meticulous care given to maceration and extraction so that the wine achieves elegance, finesse, and the silkiest tannins. Using gravity, without the use of presses, to avoid harshness and astringent tannins, malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrels or vats made of French oak.
