Winemaking
Summertime from La Gordonne is an organic wine cultivated according to the European standards for this designation.
The vineyard is protected exclusively with sulfur (against powdery mildew) and copper (against downy mildew). The soil is also maintained through plowing. Planted in soil primarily composed of schist, the Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Rolle, and Mourvèdre grapes ripen in harmony under the Provençal sun in our terroir.
Tasting notes
Color: Pale pink robe with pearly highlights.
Nose: Intense and very pleasant, with predominant notes of citrus and white flowers.
Palate: Balanced and slightly citrusy on the palate. The finish is extraordinarily long, highlighting the finesse and freshness of this organic wine.
