Winemaking
The destemmed grapes, after a 6–8 hour maceration, were transferred to pneumatic presses where only the free-run juice was used. Afterwards, it was fined to obtain a completely clear must, which will ferment between 14 and 16ºC in stainless steel tanks. It will remain on its fine lees for two months.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow. Fresh aromas of pear, fresh herbs and pineapple, with citrus hints.
On the palate it is savoury with a good expression of fruit. A slight bitter finish extends its sensations.
