Bodegas A Coroa is one of the most distinguished references of the Valdeorras Designation of Origin, in eastern Ourense. Specialising in the production of white wines from the Godello grape, the winery combines centuries-old winemaking tradition with a contemporary approach focused on precision and sustainability.
Its vineyards — many of them located on slate hillsides and mineral-rich soils — yield grapes with great aromatic concentration and natural balance. Altitude and Atlantic influence bring freshness and complexity, defining the distinctive personality of its wines.
In the winery, the focus is on preserving the varietal purity and origin of Godello, with controlled fermentations and a very measured use of ageing on lees.
The result is elegant, deep and age-worthy wines, recognised as some of the finest expressions of Godello in Galicia.
