Cigales, made from old vine vineyards over 70 years old, planted as bush vines. It is crafted from a mix of white and red grape varieties, each contributing its own color and characteristics. Cold maceration is used to extract minimal color, resulting in a uniquely pale ros\u00e9. The production process is completed with a 2-month aging on fine lees.<\/p><p>This wine, with elegant and distinctive personality, comes from old vineyards over 70 years old planted as bush vines.
