Description
Winemaking
The blend of two varieties enhances the characteristics of each. Prieto Picudo is a variety that exists only in our area, with small clusters and tightly packed grapes, from which wines with great character and expression are obtained. Tempranillo is the most widely grown noble variety in Spain, producing smooth and very fruity wines. By vinifying both varieties separately, with short macerations and natural malolactic fermentations in our underground cellar, we obtain a smooth and velvety wine.
Tasting notes
Intense cherry red with violet hues.
Characteristic aromas of Prieto Picudo, light toasted notes and floral backgrounds with red fruits and blackberries.
Very smooth and silky on the palate, with ripe tannins. A velvety finish leads to a retronasal with new fruity sensations.
